If your purchase was made during the Small Business Saturday sale (using discount code SMALLBIZFINALSALE), that purchase was Final Sale, and we can not accept any exchanges or returns. 

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unmarked items (no deodorant, lotion or markings of any kind) for return within 30 days from the original shipping date (the date your package was mailed to you from us).  Outside of that time, we will not be able to process a refund. 

(Please Note: Color changes after the 30-day return window is due to incorrect washing or handling and will not be accepted for return).

A restocking and shipping fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.  

All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items from Limited Edition Collections are not eligible for return or exchange.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

Items purchased for marketing purposes or photoshoots will not be able to be returned.  Please contact for any marketing inquiries.



Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. It’s a flat rate of $15 for restocking and return shipping.

This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

If you’ve paid with AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

You’ll be issued a USPS Return Label. Print the label,  stick the label to the outside of your package, make sure you included all original tags and packaging in your shipment, place your return items from your original order inside and send the package back to us. Easy Peasy!

After that?

We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return out of the 30-day window allotted, we will not process a refund and may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. 

Want to exchange an item?

We’re no longer offering free exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or color? Simply place a new order! 


Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate them (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
