OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

It's OK if you didn't love everything you ordered - we still love you!

Returns just got a WHOLE lot easier thanks to our new online returns portal. Click HERE to start your return after reading our policy below!

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unmarked (no deodorant, lotion or markings of any kind) for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date.  (Please Note: Color changes after the 30-day return window is due to incorrect washing or handling and will not be accepted for return).

Unless you are processing an exchange, $15 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States or military addresses are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.  

All sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

 

RETURN OPTIONS

Size & Style Exchanges - FREE Return Label

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for the a size up or down? An exchange is your best option. The cost to return your incorrect size is on us!

You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice your original package is scanned as ‘in transit’ by the USPS. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement.

This option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size – if stock is running low or it’s already sold out, you won’t be able to choose that size. If your size sells out before you’ve sent the original back to us, you’ll automatically be issued a refund. A lot of our pieces sell out very quickly so the faster you get it back to us, the better your chance of the alternative size being available and it reaching you.


Store Credit - FREE Return Label

Perfect if you know you’ll buy something in the near future, but aren’t quite sure what you want right now. Online credits are valid for 3 years and just like an exchange, we cover the cost of your return.

When you submit your return, you’ll receive a pre paid label to send your items back.


Refund - $15 Return Label

You know the drill...

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. It’s a flat rate of $15 for return delivery if you choose a refund.

This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

If you’ve paid with AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

You’ll be issued a USPS Return Label. Print the label,  stick the label to the outside of your package, make sure you included all original tags and packaging in your shipment, place your return items from your original order inside and send the package back to us. Easy Peasy!
