We want our sizing charts to be as helpful as possible, but we know that sometimes you need a second opinion, and all bodies are different! We recommend using a tape measurer, and if you're still unsure, hit us up at email@example.com and we'd be happy to help you find the perfect size...we want you to FEEL GOOD in your swimmie!!
What do I do if my size is sold out?
Send us an email with the style and size you want at info@nightdiveswim. There are some styles that we restock, so we can let you know if/when we are getting that style/size back in!!
Is everything eco-friendly?
That’s a great question. Being eco-friendly is at the top of our priorities, and so is giving you as much information as possible. Our swimwear collection is made of recycled fabrics. Our beach towel, crew, koozies and tees are not made of recycled materials (yet!).
We've also made changes to our packaging to be more sustainable. We ship every bikini in a plastic-free biodegradable and compostable bag made of cassava starch. We also use reusable pouches for some product that are made of biodegradable material. We chose to ship from the factory in this sustainable packaging instead of plastic at an extra cost to us, but we think it's totally worth it. We also mail your purchases in a biodegradable and compostable mailer bag, that is LITERALLY made of sustainable plants!
Here's some more information about the recycled fabrics we use:
All of our solid color swimmies are made of VITA, which is made of recycled ghost fishing nets from the ocean. It is a sustainable techno-fabric, made of Econyl recycled nylon. VITA is soft, hyper-resistant, and a unique mix of compression and comfort. Because of its innovative construction, it is twice as resistant to chlorine and suntan creams and oils when compared to other swim fabrics.
All of our printed swimmies are made of REPREVE, a fabric created from transforming recycled bottles into an amazing fiber. The process embeds properties like wicking, adaptive warming and cooling, water repellency, and more at a fiber level.
When will my order ship?
Because we want you to wear your swimmies as soon as possible, we send your package out within 1-2 business days of receiving your placed order. If you've chosen overnight shipping, we expedite the process to make sure it's sent out within 1 business day.
The only exceptions are our Crews, Mugs, Beach bags, and Beach towels- since those are made-to-order, we need a minimum of 5-7 business days to ship out!!!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on weight and the delivery option you've chosen. All shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on the shipping option you've chosen at checkout, you can expect your order within 2-4 business days. You will receiving a confirmation email and a tracking number for your package as well.
What do I do if my package is missing?
Unfortunately, once a package is mailed out, we have no control over what the delivery service does, and are unable to ship you another package to replace a missing item. However, we have some suggestions to help!
First, we suggest checking your tracking number that was emailed- if the mailing service provider states that the package was delivered, but you are unable to find the package, you have a few options:
- Loss: You can file a claim on a package if it has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package, the intended receiver can initiate a claim.
- Call your local post office: Your local post office should be contacted in case they are able to help you locate your item.

Do you ship internationally?
YES! We offer international shipping. We have options for USPS, UPS and DHL for international orders. All information is calculated at checkout for your international order, along with all the choices for delivery. There are some cases where customs may be an additional charge, however that is usually calculated and charged to you once the item is delivery. If you run into an issue placing an order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, please note- For all orders sent outside the USA, unfortunately we can not offer an exchange or refund for any items, so it is considered a final sale.
Why is my refund less than what I expected?
If you return an item that needs cleaning because of body lotion, deodorant, or other markings of any kind, WE WILL CHARGE a $10.00 cleaning fee. We feel like this answer is pretty straight forward- if you return something that has stuff on it, we have to clean it. We'll have photos of the markings we found in case you try to dispute the cleaning fee, feel free to email us at email@example.com if you'd like those!
Can I choose to do an exchange?
We currently are only offering returns and store credit- we're a small business and found that exchanges were not working out for our small business. If you're looking for a different size, we suggest you buy the size you need and return your order using our return portal. You can also return your order and then choose store credit or a refund to then apply to your next purchase of the size you’d like.
